Previous excision 1 year ago wrist mass, now with recurrence of larger wrist mass as well as new 5th finger mass, moderate pain.

Radiological findings:: 
Nicaragua - Limited imaging available - plain xrays show no definite abnormality
Special Features of this Case:: 
Multifocal STT's are uncommon.
