Case 15

A 26 year old male came in with a mass near his right knee.

The patient was generally healthy, had no significant medical problems. His family history was unremakable. He had had several surgeries for removal of other masss from his bones and for correction of deformities of his forearm.

His AP pelvis radiograph, an AP of the knee, and AP of the proximal tibia, a CT scan of the proximal femur, and a CT reconstruction of the proximal femurs are shown.

1) What is the diagnosis?

2) Is this lesion a skeletal neoplasia, a skeletal aplasia, or a skeletal dysplasia?

3) These lesions can develop into cancers. What kind of cancer?
